#1f64f; Why pray to Mary Queen of Hearts?
Praying to Mary Queen of Hearts means recognizing the maternal queenship of the Virgin Mary over our lives and entrusting her with the direction of our feelings and our will. This devotion, promoted notably by Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort, invites us to let Mary reign over our hearts so that she may transform them and unite them more perfectly to that of her son, Jesus.
By invoking her under this title, the faithful seek her spiritual protection and her help to live in humility and trust. She is the one who soothes inner turmoil and guides souls toward a simple and joyful holiness, making every heart a throne for the Lord.
