Saint Expeditus: The Saint of Urgent Causes: A former officer of the Roman legion who converted to Christianity, Saint Expeditus is the martyr of promptness. His very name evokes swift action and firm decision. He is depicted trampling a raven crying “Cras” (tomorrow) while holding a cross marked “Hodie” (today).
