#x1f64f; Why pray to the Virgin Mary?
Praying to the Virgin Mary means turning to the one whom Christians consider their spiritual Mother and a powerful advocate with God. As the Mother of Jesus, she occupies a privileged place of intercession. We pray to her to ask for her maternal protection, to find comfort in trials, and to help us follow the example of her perfect faith and humility.
“`
As tradition teaches, Mary does not keep prayer for herself, but lovingly carries it to her Son. By reciting prayers like the “Hail Mary,” the faithful entrust their joys and sorrows to her, knowing that she watches over every child of God with infinite tenderness.
