Praying to God the Father: Source of All Grace: God the Father is the origin of all life and the source of all love. Addressing Him means recognizing our status as beloved sons and daughters and surrendering ourselves with trust to His divine Providence. Invoking the Father is seeking refuge in His merciful arms, giving thanks for His blessings, and drawing the strength necessary to accomplish His will on earth as in heaven. When should you turn to God the Father? It is particularly recommended to pray to God the Father upon waking to offer Him your day, or in moments of great decision-making to ask for His paternal wisdom. In times of trial, turning to Him brings consolation and peace. This prayer is also ideal during moments of gratitude, to celebrate the wonders of Creation and the joys of existence under His benevolent gaze.
