Saint Bernadette: Witness to the Immaculate Conception. Saint Bernadette Soubirous is the young shepherdess from Lourdes to whom the Virgin Mary appeared eighteen times in 1858. A figure of humility and courage, she conveyed the message of prayer and penance from “the Lady” despite trials and disbelief. Invoking Saint Bernadette means embracing simplicity and absolute trust in God, even in poverty or illness. Circumstances for Praying to Saint Bernadette: It is particularly advisable to turn to Saint Bernadette in times when one feels small, helpless, or misunderstood. She is the patron saint of the sick and the poor. We pray to her for the grace of perseverance in times of trial, to rediscover simplicity of heart, or during a pilgrimage (real or spiritual) to the Grotto of Massabielle. She is a precious help for those seeking to remain faithful to their faith in the face of adversity. French Craftsmanship: All our medals are designed and programmed in Lourdes, guaranteeing an authentic and meaningful product. The refined design and robust materials, whether wood or metal, make it an ideal gift for a First Communion, a Confirmation, or to support a loved one with a symbol of purity and hope. #1f64f; Why pray to Saint Bernadette?

Praying to Saint Bernadette Soubirous means turning to the one who bore witness to pure faith and exemplary humility during the apparitions of the Virgin Mary at Lourdes. She is often invoked by those seeking the strength to remain simple in the face of adversity, by the sick seeking courage, and by souls desiring a deeper and more sincere relationship with the divine.

Bernadette reminds us that God reveals himself to the least among us: “I am not charged with making you believe it, I am charged with telling you.” By entrusting your intentions to her, you ask for her intercession to obtain the grace of obedience, patience in suffering, and the joy of humbly serving the Lord.
