Prayer to Blessed Carlo Acutis
O God, our Father, we thank Thee for having given us Carlo, a model of life for young people, and a message of love for all. Thou didst make him fall in love with Thy Son, Jesus, making the Eucharist his “highway to Heaven.” Thou didst give him Mary as a most loving Mother, and Thou didst make him, through the Rosary, a cantor of her tenderness. Receive his prayer for us.
Look above all upon the poor, whom he loved and assisted. Grant me too, through his intercession, the grace that I need (here mention your request).
And make our joy full, raising Carlo among the Saints of Thy universal Church, so that his smile may shine again for us to the glory of Thy name. Amen.
Pray one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory Be.

Contexte Historique
Blessed Carlo Acutis (1991-2006) is a modern witness to the Catholic faith, beatified by Pope Francis in 2020. From a young age, this Italian boy demonstrated a profound love for the Holy Eucharist, which he called his “highway to heaven,” and attended Mass daily. Possessing a remarkable talent for computer programming, he dedicated his skills to the service of the Church, creating a website to catalogue and promote Eucharistic miracles throughout the world. He offered his sufferings from leukemia for the Pope and the Church, dying at the tender age of fifteen. His life stands as a powerful testament that holiness is attainable for the young in our digital age, making him a patron for youth and computer programmers.
